People with various disabilities constitute 7-8% of the society. In fact they are the most vulnerable and the least attended segment of the society. Integration of people with disabilities, into the main stream is the ultimate goal of all disability services. Social and Economic rehabilitation are essential components to achieve integration of the disabled. Here the role of vocational training and rehabilitation is of utmost importance.
